We would like to say a big thank you to the Rhyl Flats Community Fund for awarding us grant funding towards our latest local history project.
The grant is to enable the Trust to implement the Pictorial History Project, where we will work with various community groups and members of the community in undertaking the task of photographing the historic houses and buildings of Llanddulas, Rhyd-y-Foel, Abergele and St George and telling the stories behind them. This includes the local churches, chapels, shops, schools amongst other places.
A big thank you must also go to the other key supporters for this project, which have been Conwy CBC Arts Development, Llanddulas and Rhyd-y-Foel Community Council and Abergele Town Council, we will be sure to keep you updated on the progress.
